As we reported earlier today that Bethesda, the developer of the Fallout game has finally revealed its next big Fallout game doubled as the Fallout 76 and its official teaser trailer. However, earlier to this, there was enough rumors and speculation was circulating about the next Fallout game which is also supposed to be announced at E3 this year.
We now have some emerging information about the upcoming and recently announced Fallout 76 game. So, follow the post for everything we know about the game.
The first thing that was being expected from the next Fallout game is that the new game would be a traditional single-player role-playing game. But as reported by Kotaku and people familiar with the project, the Fallout 76 is, in fact, an online survival RPG game that’s heavily inspired by games like DayZ and Rust.
The Fallout 76 Gameplay
The source further includes that the Fallout 76 will have quests and a story, like any other game from Bethesda Game Studios.
It will also feature base-building—just like 2015’s Fallout 4—and other survival-based and multiplayer mechanics. One source cautioned that the gameplay is rapidly changing like it does in many online “service” games, but that’s the core outline.
Another notable thing here is the name of the Fallout 76 which has been included from series’ Vault 76 and was also been mentioned in both Fallout 3 and Fallout 4.
According to the sources, the Fallout 76 is currently in development at both Bethesda Game Studios’ main office in Maryland and at the Austin office formerly known as Battlecry Studios.
That’s all for now, we are expecting more info on the game to be coming out at the upcoming E3 press conference on June 10. So, be there for every single update we will be bringing to you.
