BlackBerry, the Canadian smartphone maker, recently launched its BlackBerry KEY2 smartphone at an event held in New York. Now, a few days after the launch, the company has dropped the price of Blackberry KEYone in India which was launched last year.
BlackBerry KEYone was launched in August last year at Rs 39,999 and now this smartphone is being sold at Rs 33,975 on the e-commerce Amazon India. The cost of the device has been reduced by Rs 6,024. Apart from this, Amazon is also giving several offers on BlackBerry KEYone such as a discount of 13,050 rupees for buying a smartphone in an exchange offer and a 10 percent cashback when using Citibank credit card, etc.
Talking about the specifications review of BlackBerry KEYone, the flagship device comes with a 4.5-inch scratch resistant full HD display, which is 1080×1620 pixel resolution and BlackBerry’s iconic Qwerty keyboard sits below the display.
It was launched with Android 7.1 Nougat operating system but BlackBerry will soon release the Android 8.0 Oreo update for the BlackBerry KEYone. There is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, 4GB RAM and 64 GB storage which can be extended through the microSD card.
The BlackBerry KEYone features a dual-camera setup with 12-megapixel+12-megapixel sensors and on the front houses an 8-megapixel selfie camera with aperture F / 2.2 and 84-degree wide-angle lens. There is a 3505 MAH battery to power the handset.
