Yesterday we had reported about the new leaked image of the alleged BlackBerry Luna, a.k.a. the “KEY2 Lite” smartphone which was shared by the Evan Blass. Today, Blass shared the launch date for the upcoming BlackBerry “KEY2 Lite”. According to the Tweet, the BlackBerry “KEY2 Lite” is said to Launch Late August / Early September, or perhaps at IFA.

According to Blass, BlackBerry “KEY2 Lite” will have the same form factors as the BlackBerry ‘Key2’ which was launched back in June. To recall, the ‘Key2’ is made out of series 7 aluminum alloy frame with textured diamond grip non-slip back.
However, Blass didn’t share more details about the phone but he surely hinted that the BlackBerry “KEY2 Lite” might be coming made out of a Plastick Back Panel and that something seems to be a cheap quality or lower end model, what you say?
