The new SUV that Tata Motors will market starting in 2019 will be called Harrier and now the company is aiming to increase the sales not only in India but also in Africa and the Middle East.

According to rumours, Tata Harrier should be equipped with a 2.0-liter four-cylinder diesel engine of FCA origin combined with four-wheel drive, while at a later stage it is assumed the arrival of a hybrid variant.
The company also said that the first product to sport the IMPACT Design 2.0 Philosophy.
Available in both 5-seater and 7-seater versions, the interior will adopt the latest Jaguar Land Rover technology and systems. It is still unclear whether Tata Motors intends to bring the SUV in Europe.
