Intel Teases Its First Graphics Card with 2020 Launch Date

Intel Graphic Card 2020

Its been a long time since Intel had released its i740 GPU in late 1998. Which unfortunately didn’t succeed. However, NVIDIA and AMD have long been the kings of the GPU market. Now it seems that Intel is coming back in the graphics card market with full swing. Intel has tased a new graphics card with 2020 launched date sharing a short video on its Twitter account.

The graphics card appears to be a single-slot one with a PCIe connector with a metal-fin blower fan as a cooling solution.

The video didn’t reveal much about the Intel’s upcoming GPU but extolled the successes achieved with its integrated graphics chips and at the end of the teaser video announced 2020 as the year of its launch.

Notably, Intel has been a leader in the follow-up to iGPUs (Integrated Graphics Processing Unit), which comes integrated into the processors. However, despite having the largest share of the market, it couldn’t compete with Nvidia and AMD in the GPU market.

It will be interesting to see that what Intel brings and how it competes with GPU kings like Nvidia and AMD. What you think do let me know in the comments section down below.
