It seems that Nvidia’s recently announced GeForce RTX 2080 first performance result have now started making its marks. What we have got today is the first initial benchmark result of the GeForce RTX 2080 where it beats the GTX 1080 and 1080 Ti in the first 3DMark TimeSpy Score. TUM_APISAK, a reliable Twitter users have leaked what it appears to be the first 3DMark TimeSpy benchmark score of the upcoming 8GB, Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080.
On the test, the GeForce RTX 2080 scored pretty well compared to the GTX 1080 and the GTX 1080 Ti Graphics Card. The Initial 3DMark test score shows a 37% increased speed than the GTX 1080 and 6% increased speed than the GTX 1080Ti.
The RTX 2080 manages to score more than 10,000 points on the 3DMark Time Spy benchmark. On the other hand, the GTX 1080 achieves a mere 7325 points while the GTX 1080 Ti scored 9508 points in the same test.
This means the RTX 2080 is 37% faster than the GTX 1080 and 6% more than a GTX 1080 Ti at conventional shading performance.
This appears to be the standard 8GB variant of the GeForce RTX 2080 and the clock speed results are also pretty impressive here. The GeForce RTX 2080 appears to have a clock speed of 2025 MHz, which is really fast compared to the clock speed of the GTX 1080 at 1911 MHZ and the clock speed of GTX 1080Ti at 1860 MHZ.
