OnePlus has announced the release of OxygenOS Open Beta 18 for OnePlus 5 and Open Beta 16 for OnePlus 5T. Both handsets receive their respective betas with camera fixes and system improvements.

Both the OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T are among the most popular smartphones from OnePlus launched in 2017. Many users asked for the Android Pie update on the OnePlus 5 and 5T but the company did not make any comment on that.

    • Fixed beauty mode (now applies to photos from the rear camera)
    • Improved stability of portrait mode for the front camera
  • Weather
    • Improved stability of the Weather app
  • System
    • General bug fixes and improvements
