There have been speculations about Xiaomi’s next Black Shark 2 Gaming smartphone for quite some time now. The device has bee leaked several times on the internet and today it spotted again on Chinese certification site Tenaa. The new Xiaomi Black Shark 2 gaming smartphone appeared on Tenaa revealing the smartphone to come with SD845 and 8GB RAM.
The device spotted with a model number AWM-A0. In terms of the design the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 gaming smartphone seems identical to the older version of the first Black Shark Gaming smartphone which was launched last year. However, Xiaomi hasn’t provided any official details about the device as yet, but thanks to the Tenaa listing, we now have a better idea about the upcoming device with some sort of specs details.
The new Black Shark 2 smartphone appears to have dual rear camera setup, but this time there appears to be a vertically staged dual rear camera setup instead of the horizontally placed camera setup like on the older Black Shark smartphone.
The fingerprint sensor also appears to be placed underneath the rear camera set up in a line. The smartphone is expected to come with 5.99-inch Full HD 2160×1080 18:9 display. The device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, Adreno 630 GPU + Pixelworks independent image processing chip, coupled with up to 8GB of memory + 128GB of storage. The will pack a 4000mAh battery and it is expected to be priced at 2999 yuan in China.
