The Xperia XZ3 is a major upgrade over the Xperia XZ2 with new features and specifications, but 4GB RAM might compromise the users’ interest. However, a couple of markets will also get the 6GB version of Xperia XZ3.
It’s the first Xperia smartphone that comes with a curved OLED display and AI gestures such as Side Sense and Smart Launch. The handset was showcased at the IFA 2018 show but 4GB RAM disappointed some users because many competing flagships are coming with 6GB RAM options.

The Sony Xperia XZ3 comes with a 6-inch OLED QHD+ screen with a pixels resolution of 2880×1440 along with a new feature called “Side Sense”. The screen is also protected by the Gorilla Glass 5. The XZ3 is the first device that was introduced with Android 9.0 “Pie”.
Under the hood, Sony’s new flagship packs a powerful Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. There is a USB Type-C port and the device is fueled with 3,300mAh battery along with smart quick charge function and 64GB storage which you expand up to 512GB via a micro SD Card.
