Honor’s upcoming Magic 2 smartphone is due to launch on October 31, but before that, the company has released a short video teaser revealing the design of the handset. It’ll have a full view display and a sliding back panel.
The Honor Magic 2 was first teased on the launch event of Honor Play at the IFA 2018 event by Zhao Ming, President of Honor. It was told that the handset will be equipped with future technologies to bring the ultimate future experience to users.
The teaser was shared on Chinese social media platform Weibo and spotted by Twitter tipster Bang GoGo. The front of Honor Magic 2 has a full-view display with no bezels at all and having nearly 100 percent screen-to-body ratio. If you are wondering where is the front camera then hold on!

Unlike the Oppo Find X and Vivo NEX, there is a manual slider much like the Xiaomi Mi MIX 3, which you need to slide up to get the selfie camera. The rear side has a dual camera setup placed at the top-left corner.
The smartphone is powered by Huawei’s Kirin 980 chipset which is introduced recently and will be found on Huawei’s upcoming Mate-series smartphones, including the Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro and the Mate 20X.
The Huawei Mate 20X was also teased by the company a couple of days back as a gaming handset equipped with a liquid cooling system.
