Huawei is ready to launch a new smartphone on October 11, the Honor 8C. It’s the first smartphone that will be running on Snapdragon 632 processor. The smartphone is now listed on VMall for pre-registration.
It was first showcased in June at the Mobile World Congress 2018 in Shanghai, China. The company has not announced the specs of the Honor 8C, but the VMall listing reveals the complete specs.
Specifications of the Honor 8C
The Honor 8C will feature a 6.26-inch LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1,520 pixels and 19:09 aspect ratio. We’ll again see the notch on the display. As mentioned earlier, the handset will be driven by Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC.
There will be 4GB of RAM, 64GB internal storage and 4000 mAh battery. The smartphone will bear dual cameras at the rear with 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel sensors. On the front, there will be an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
Talking about the software, the Honor 8C will be running on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box with EMUI skin on top. However, there is no information when this handset will receive the latest Android 9.0 Pie.
