As we reported a couple of weeks ago, the Android 9.0 Pie update now rolling out for Xiaomi Mi A2 in India. The update comes with version number V22.214.171.124.ODIMIFE and brings several new features.
In November we reported that Xiaomi had started releasing the Android Pie update for the Mi A2. However, due to an unknown issue, the roll-out was halted for some and now the company has resumed the update.
The update brings features like Adaptive Battery, Adaptive Brightness, App Actions, Slices, Intuitive Navigation, Digital Wellbeing, App Timers and more.

The handset packs a 5.99-inch full-HD+ display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset. It was launched with Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box and packs a 3010mAh battery.
The Android Pie update on Mi A2 is rolling out via OTA in a phased manner so it might take some time to reach all users. In the meantime, you can check manually by going to settings – system – system update – check for update.
