Xiaomi has started releasing MIUI 10 Global Stable Update to a series of its smartphones. After the Redmi 6 Pro and Xiaomi Redmi 5 now the Redmi Note 4, Mi Max & Mi Max Prime have started receiving the MIUI 10 update.

The MIUI 10 Global Stable ROM is based on Android 8.1, bears the version V10.1.2.0.NDAMIFI. It comes with the same changelog as seen in Redmi 6 Pro and Redmi 5 we reported earlier today.

The update brings natural sound system such as sounds of the forest, beach, drizzle, and stove fire, AI pre-loading, Portrait mode for the front camera and system apps (including Clock and Notes) got a major revamp too.

It is said that the MIUI 10 update is rolling out via OTA in a phased manner so it might take some time to reach your device. You can also check manually for the update by going Settings > About Phone > System Updates > Check for Updates.
