Oppo’s new mid-range smartphone the Oppo A7 has appeared on the official Oppo Sri Lanka website with renders and complete specifications. There is no word on pricing and availability of Oppo A7.
It was expected that the Oppo A7 will be launched on 13 November in China, but the recent listing hints that the smartphone could go official in other regions too.
The Oppo A7 is listed in Glaring Gold and Glaze Blue color options with a waterdrop design notch, dual rear camera setup, measures 155.9×75.4×8.1mm, and weigh 168g. Now we are going to discuss the specifications of the handset as appeared on the official page.
Oppo A7 Specifications
The upcoming Oppo A7 will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor and a 4230mAh battery. The official page did not mention the display size and RAM option, but our sources have reported that there may be a 6.2-inch display and 3GB/4GB RAM options.
The display will have 89.35% screen to body ratio and third-generation Corning Gorilla Glass. The internal storage is 32GB which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. The Oppo A7 adopts 5P+3P lens for the dual rear cameras with a maximum output 2.98MP.
On the front, the handset bears a 16-megapixel camera for selfies and connectivity options include GSM, WCDMA, FDD-LTE, TD-LTE: Bands 38/40/41(2535-2655MHz), Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi: 2.4GHz 802.11 a/b/g/n and OTG support.
The smartphone is expected to run Android 8.1 OS out-of-the-box. We’re waiting for the official launch to see the actual features and specifications. So stay tuned.
