Asus recently launched its ROG Gaming Phone in India. The company, however, have launched its two new mid-range smartphones called the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max M2 in India. The newly launched Asus devices look identical to each other, as both devices feature a Notch on the display, dual rear camera setup, and a larger battery with a title difference in power. Another difference that you would find is the processor of these two devices.

Now Let’s Jump onto the Price, Specifications, and Availability of the Newly Launched Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max M2 in India.

Starting with Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2, the device has been priced Rs. 12,999 for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB inbuilt storage variant and it goes up to Rs. 14,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB variant, and Rs. 16,999 for the 6GB RAM/ 64GB inbuilt storage variant. The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 will be available in Blue and Titanium color variants starting December 18, exclusively via Flipkart.

On the other hand, the Asus ZenFone Max M2 has been priced in India at Rs. 9,999 for the 3GB RAM/ 32GB storage variant and it goes up to Rs. 11,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant. It will be available in Blue and Black color variants starting December 20, exclusively via Flipkart.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max M2 Specifications

Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 comes running on stock Android 8.1 Oreo and features a 6.26-inch full-HD+ display with 1080×2280 pixels resolution. The display has a 19:9 aspect ratio and comes with 2.5 curved Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, coupled with 3GB, 4GB, or 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM.

The Camera

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 sports a dual rear camera setup, with a 12-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, and 1.25-micron pixels, and a secondary 5-megapixel depth-sensing camera. The rear camera also supports 4K video recording and comes with LED flash. On the front, there is a 13-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture, 1.12-micron pixels, and an LED flash.

Other features include 3.5mm headphone jack, and a Micro-USB port, microSD card support (up to 2TB). and the device comes with bigger 5,000mAh battery with no fast charging support.

Asus ZenFone Max M2 Specifications

The Asus ZenFone Max M2, on the other hand, runs stock Android 8.1 Oreo, and features a 6.26-inch HD+ with 720×1520 resolution, 19:9 aspect ratio and 2.5 curved glass. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 SoC, coupled with 3GB or 4GB of LPDDR3x RAM depending on the variant.

Just like Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2, the Asus ZenFone Max M2 also sports a dual rear camera setup, with a 13-megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensing. The camera on the Max M2 also supports 4K video recording with LED flash.
