Xiaomi has started rolling out the MIUI 10 Global Stable ROM to Redmi 3S/3S Prime. The comes with version V10.1.1.0.MALMIFI and also available to download manually.
Xiaomi has already released the MIUI 10 Global Stable update to a series of other smartphones such as Redmi 5, Redmi Note 4, Mi Max & Mi Max Prime. Poco F1, which is the Xiaomi’s sub-brand phone has also started receiving the MIUI 10 stable update.
The MIUI 10 Update on Redmi 3S and 3S Prime changelog includes all-new user interface specifically developed for full-screen devices. AI pre-loading, Portrait mode for the front camera and system apps (including Clock and Notes) got a major revamp too.
The update also brings natural sound system such as sounds of the forest, beach, drizzle, stove fire.
Unfortunately, the update is not based on Android Pie so it’ll not make any changes to the Android version. It’s released over-the-air (OTA) and therefore might take time to reach all users. But once the update is ready you’ll get a notification to install the update.
If you can’t wait for the update then you can download it manually by visiting the MI Community page.
