According to Reuters, the news came after Bloomberg reported that Apple Inc is planning to wait until at least 2020 to release its 5G iPhones. The Apple’s delay will provide Samsung and Verizon to bring the first 5G smartphone in the U.S.
Verizon partnered with Samsung back in October in Houston, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, and Sacramento. The partnership was made to bring the new 5G network in the U.S. which is said to provide data speeds up to 50 or 100 times faster than current 4G networks.
