Ahead of the launch on 24 December, Xiaomi Mi Play has appeared in the leaked hands-on video. The video reveals the complete design from front and back. The key specifications of the smartphone is also confirmed.
The smartphone in the video is in black color variant and the front has a u-shaped waterdrop notch. The rear has a dual camera setup equipped with artificial intelligence with a large pixel size of 1.2micron. The notched display will be 5.84-inch in size.

Cyberockk shared a couple of leaked images and one among them reveals some of the specifications and price. A MediaTek chipset will be powering the handset, maybe a MediaTek Helio 90.
A couple of days back, we also shared the storage and color options of Xiaomi Mi Play.
The smartphone will have 6GB RAM and two storage options – 64GB and 128GB. Besides the radiant finish variant, the Xiaomi Mi Play will also come in Black, Blue, and gold color options.
A 3000 mAh battery will fuel the Xiaomi Mi Play and we can also see the price tag of CNY 1,699 in the image for the Chinese market. The smartphone launch is set on 24 December in China. However, we don’t know the Xiaomi Mi Play will go global or not.
