Huawei has launched a new smartphone in India, the Huawei Y9 (2019). The phone comes under the mid-range segment, however, its finely crafted 3D arc design with glass-like back panel offers premium look and feel.

As an introductory offer, the company is also giving a pair of Boat ROCKERZ 255 SPORTS Bluetooth hands-free earphones worth Rs 2,990 bundled with the handset. The phone has a notched display and dual cameras at the rear and front.

The Huawei Y9 (2019) offers an Eye Comfort Mode — certified by TUV Rheinland — which reduces the blue-light intensity and causes less strain on your eyes. The phone was launched in the global market in October 2018.

Huawei Y9 (2019) is powered by the company’s own Kirin 710 processor, the same found in the Huawei Nova 3i launched last year. The phone will be available in 3GB/4GB RAM options and 64GB of internal storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB).

Featuring a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) FullView Display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The dual cameras at the rear consist of a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. The front also has dual sensors of 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel. Both cameras are enabled with AI tech.

The battery in the Huawei Y9 (2019) is 4,000 mAh which allows you to move around without the worry of charging your phone. It is a dual-SIM (Nano) phone and runs on  Android 8.1 Oreo. For connectivity options, the phone offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB.

The price of Huawei Y9 (2019) in India is 15,990. It will be available for sale starting January 15 in Aurora Purple, Sapphire Blue, and Midnight Black color options exclusively via Amazon India.
