The phone is leaving good impressions with its build quality, impressive specifications, and the mid-range price tag. It’s the first Xiaomi phone (under Redmi brand) to come with a 48-megapixel camera.

Another smartphone with a 48-megapixel camera is the Honor View 20 aka V20. So, it’s going to be a healthy competition. Both handsets are already available in China. Redmi Note 7 went on sale in two rounds this week in China with next round of sale on January 22.

Right now, there is no information about the price and when this new model will arrive but stay tuned as we’ll update about its arrival.
