At the CES 2019, Samsung unveiled a new high-end gaming laptop, the Samsung Notebook Odyssey. The Samsung Notebook Odyssey is targeted towards the gamers equipped with an upgraded processor, a top-of-the-line graphics card while also features a premium metallic design.
“With the best design, performance, and features, the Samsung Notebook Odyssey is untethering gamers everywhere,” said Young Gyoo Choi, Senior Vice President of the PC Business Team, Mobile Communication Business at Samsung Electronics. “Samsung’s newest high-end gaming laptop ensures users will never again have to compromise to experience the best, most intense games on their mobile computing device.”
The Notebook comes equipped with Intel’s 8th generation hexa-core i7 processor and a high-end NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20-series GPU for graphics. However, the company said that the NVIDIA Turing GPU architecture and the RTX platform bring together real-time ray tracing, artificial intelligence, and programmable shading.
In addition, to prevent the Notebook Odyssey from heating during intense gaming, there are two redesigned Jet Blade blowers featuring 83 blades each and Penta-pipe cooling system allows the machine to run as fast and as cool as possible

Right now, Samsung has not revealed the price of the Notebook Odyssey. It’ll be available in the U.S. in early 2019.
