Finally! Redmi Note 7 is coming to India soon. The Redmi Note 7 launch date in India is not revealed yet, but the Xiaomi India Head, Manu Kumar Jain teases the launch by posting an image on Twitter.

In the tweet, Manu is standing with Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun holding the Redmi Note 7 and he writes, “the #48MP head-turner is arriving soon! disruption guaranteed”. This hints towards the launch of the device in India.

It’s worth mentioning that the Redmi Note 7 is the first smartphone under the Redmi brand and also the company’s first to feature a 48-megapixel camera. It was launched in China earlier this month. It’s also one of the durable handsets from Xiaomi.

Despite being a budget phone, the Redmi Note 7 packs decent specifications. As already mentioned above, it comes with a dual camera setup at the rear with 48-megapixel+5-megapixel sensors.

A 6.3-inch FHD+ display has a waterdrop notch, 2340 × 1080 pixels resolution and protection of Gorilla Glass 5. The phone has got 4000 mAh battery enabled with Quick Charge 3.0 technology.

Inside the phone, you get the Snapdragon 660 SoC with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB storage options. You also get a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C charging port. We don’t know if the phone will be launched under the Redmi brand or Xiaomi brand.

The price of Redmi Note 7 in India is not revealed yet, however, we can expect it to be around same of its Chinese price.
