It’s worth noting that the Xiaomi Poco F1 was launched in India in August 2018. It is a mid-range device packing powerful hardware specs. However, soon after the launch users started reporting several issues such as Idea network issue, Widevine L1 certificate, and Asphalt 9 Legends issue.
Poco started working on these issues and initially resolved the Idea connectivity issue and later Asphalt 9 Legends issue on was resolved. Now the missing Widevine L1 certification also comes with the latest update.
With Widevine L1 certification, users will now be able to stream HD content on Amazon Prime Videos and Netflix.
