Oppo K1 Comes With In-Display Fingerprint Sensor and 25MP Front Camera

As reported earlier this month, the Oppo K1 mid-range smartphone finally launched in India. At a budget price, this phone comes with some impressive features such as an in-display fingerprint sensor and 25MP selfie camera.

The Oppo K1 was launched in China in October last year at a price tag of CNY 1,599 (around INR 16,900) for the 4GB RAM variant. Let’s talk about the specifications of Oppo K1 in details.

The Oppo K1 flaunts a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display having a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio.

An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor drives the handset paired with Adreno 512 GPU for graphics. Right now, the Oppo K1 is available only in 4GB RAM and 64GB storage option. The storage is expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card.

Talking about the cameras, the handset has dual cameras at the rear with a 16-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor. A 25-megapixel front camera is also there. The smartphone runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS 5.2 skin on top. A 3600 mAh battery fuels the Oppo K1.

In the Chinse market, the Oppo K1 was launched in 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage options, however, the Indian market receives the 4GB RAM variant only, as of now. Currently, the Oppo K1 is available at a discounted price of Rs 16,990 exclusively on Flipkart in Astral Blue and Piano Black colors.
