Redmi Note 7 Pro

We are all waiting for the launch of Xiaomi Mi 9 in China and the Redmi Note 7 in India but in the meanwhile, it is confirmed that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be launched after the Xiaomi Mi 9 launch.

Today, Redmi CEO Lu Weibing on his Weibo account posted the information. He shared that the Redmi Note 7 Pro will be launched after Mi 9 (Feb 20). However, he did not mention the exact date, so at the moment it is not known when the device will be launched and marketed.

His post was accompanied by the poster (see below). The Note 7 Pro will be an upgraded variant of Redmi Note 7 launched in China last month. In India, it’ll be launched on February 28.

Talking about the specifications, there is no official word but it is expected to come with the Snapdragon 675 SoC with 6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage. The rest of the specifications, as well as the design, is expected to remain unchanged, except for a “tiny” detail.

The highlight feature of the Redmi Note 7 is the 48MP main camera along with a 5MP secondary camera at the rear. The selfie camera is 13MP capable of recording 1080p videos. it also supports the face-unlock feature.
