More than two weeks after rolling out the Android Pie update to the Nokia 3.1 Plus, the company today announced the Android 9 Pie update for Nokia 3.1. This is the sixth smartphone to receive the Android Pie update till now in 2019. Prior to this, a series of Nokia handsets including the Nokia 2.1, Nokia 6 (2017), Nokia 5 (2017), and Nokia 8 Sirocco have got the update.
HMD Global CPO, Juho Sarvikas shared the update news. However, it’s not yet known which region it’ll start off. But since the update is rolling out in phases, not all Nokia 3.1 models will get the update right now. It’ll be reaching to all users in the next few weeks.
