Vivo V15

Almost a month after launching the V15 Pro, Vivo has launched the Vivo V15 smartphone in India. It bears an almost similar design to that of V15 Pro such as a pop-up selfie camera, full-view display, and triple rear camera setup. Though, we get to see slightly different specifications.

Seeing the price, cheaper than the Vivo V15 Pro, the V15 has toned down specs in some categories but good in other. Such as it has a bigger battery but low camera configurations. Let’s talk in detail the specs of Vivo V15.

Vivo V15 Specifications

The Vivo V15 is a dual-SIM smartphone which carries a 6.53-inch HD display and instead of Snapdragon, it equips the MediaTek Helio P70 SoC. For graphics, it uses the Adreno 675 GPU. There is 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which supports expansion using a microSD card up to 256GB.

Coming to optics, the Vivo V15 has the same 32MP front camera in a pop-up module as seen in the V15 Pro. We’ve also seen the same front camera setup in the Oppo F11 Pro. So this is not the first device we’re seeing with this type of camera setup.

The rear camera has three sensors, 12MP primary (f / 1.8)+8MP secondary sensor (f / 2.4) and a third with a resolution of 5MP (f /2.4). The smartphone packs a 4,000 mAh battery which offers support for wireless charging.

The device runs Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9.0 Pie and for security, you get a rear mounted fingerprint sensor.
