Last week, HMD Global announced the Nokia X71 in Taiwan, now the handset is ready to compete with mid-range smartphones in the Chinese market. The company starts taking the pre-orders for the Nokia X71 in China.
The handset will be competing with Redmi Note 7 Pro and Vivo V15 Pro. This is because both have some common specifications. The biggest example of this is the presence of a 48MP main camera sensor on the back. However, it seems that the cost-benefit may be more for the Xiaomi device.
Nokia X71 Specifications
As mentioned earlier, the highlight feature of the Nokia X71 is the triple rear cameras with the main sensor of 48MP. The other two sensors include an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
The front camera is 16-megapixel with aperture is f/2.0. The rear camera gets Zeiss optical certification and enabled with AI tech.
There is a 6.39-inch FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19.3:9. The operating system is Android 9 Pie and the phone works on Octa-core Snapdragon 660 chipset. You get 6GB RAM and 64/128 GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256 GB via microSD card.
A 3500 mAh battery fuels the handset and there are standard connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11a / b / g / n / ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS / AGPS + GLONASS + BeiDou.
Nokia X71 Pricing and Availability
As per the official website, the 64GB of storage and 6GB of RAM costs CNY 2,199 (around INR 22,700). The 128GB storage variant price is CNY 2,699 (around INR 28,000). The sale should start on April 17.
