It’s been less than a week since Apple released the first trial version of iOS 12.4, now the beta 2 is released to developers for testing purposes. It’s the possible latest iOS 12 update before the major upgrade to iOS 13. The update comes through the 16G5027i build. However, it did not come with any other beta – that is, nothing Developer Beta 2 for macOS Mojave 10.14.6, tvOS 12.4 nor watchOS 5.3 at least for now.
As we mentioned in the previous article, there are no major changes in iOS 12.4. Apple only included its cashback and non-annuity credit card features, the Apple Card, in the Wallet app.
Possibly within the next few hours, Apple should release not only the Developer Beta 2 versions of the rest of its platforms but also release access to the test versions for the participants of its testing program, the Beta Software Program.
In a few weeks, we will be following the WWDC19, where not only iOS 13 but also MacOS 10.15, watchOS 6 and tvOS 13 will be announced and will get their first betas.
In mid-September or October, with the arrival of the new iPhone models, we can expect final versions of these platforms.
