After launching the high-end flagship Z6 Pro smartphone last month, Lenovo has now launched the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition a.k.a Lenovo Z6 Lite. It’s a mid-range device and announced for the Chinese market. The phone is a trimmed down variant of the flagship Z6 Pro and arrives at affordable price.
The highlight of the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition is triple cameras at the rear with AI tech, Snapdragon 710 SoC, 16MP selfie camera and waterdrop notch. The front and rear both have a glass finish.
Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition Specifications
The Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition flaunts a big 6.39-inch FHD+ display with a waterdrop notch. It has a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. As mentioned earlier, the back panel has a glass build with ceramic texture having 228 laser engraved three-dimensional coating.
You’ll also get a fingerprint sensor at the rear. Under the hood, you get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 10nm octa-core processor clubbed with Adreno 616 GPU. The phone comes in 4/6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64/128GB internal storage options. The storage is expandable via MicroSD card up to 256GB.
Talking about the cameras, the Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition sports a triple camera setup at the rear featuring 16MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP secondary telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture and 8X hybrid zoom, and 5MP third camera sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The notch on the display houses a 16MP selfie sensor.
For connectivity, the handset comes with Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS (L1 + L5 dual band) + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. There is also a 4050mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition Price and Availability
The Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition in China comes at a price of 1099 Yuan (around INR 11,100) for the 4/64GB model. The 6/64GB variant comes at 1399 Yuan (around INR 14,100) and the 6/128GB model cost at 1699 Yuan (around INR 17,200). The phone is now available for reservations.
