With a mid-range smartphone market already well established in India by companies like Xiaomi, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, etc, we are seeing more and more phones coming almost every other day. India is one of the leading mobile consumer countries in the world and whose competition grows every month.
Samsung announced last week that its Galaxy M line has surpassed 2 million sales in India. Xiaomi has been growing surprisingly in India ever since the company left the local division responsible for its own marketing and sales choices.
And with all this growth and great potential of the Indian market, more companies are eyeing to get in. And it looks like it’s LG’s turn to try luck now. New information has surfaced from the tech website 91Mobiles which reveals that LG might launch a new mid-range smartphone in India.
The website also got the images of the handset (see above) in question with three cameras at the rear with LED flash and a fingerprint sensor. The rear panel has a gradient finish in purple and pink color. There is an LG branding at the bottom.
According to the source linked to the site, LG preparing to launch this new smartphone in the month of June with exclusivity for online sales.
