A new MIUI 10 update begins to roll out to the Poco (Pocophone) F1 owners. In April, the MIUI 10.3.4.0 was released but it was not fine full of bugs which forced Xiaomi to interrupt the rollout. As a result, those who failed to install that build had to spend several months with MIUI 10.2.3.0 lacking many new features left on standby and with the March security patches.
Now, the MIUI 10.3.5.0 stable update is rolling out. The update not only comes with bug fixes but also brings the May 2019 security patch. Here’s the full changelog of the new update:
A firmware update begins to take shape on the horizon of Pocophone F1 owners. Users of the stable channel had received the last one in April, but the MIUI 10.3.4.0 released on that occasion proved to be full of bugs and forced Xiaomi to interrupt the rollout.
As a result, those who failed to install that build had to spend several months with MIUI 10.2.3.0, so stable but lacking in the many new features left on standby and with the March security patches.
The whole affair will soon be an old story. The MIUI 10.3.5.0 in the course of release updates the patches to the May release and does not stop there. Here’s what the changelog that accompanies it indicates.
- Update to the May 2019 security patches that increase system security
- Lock screen, status bar, and notifications
- Introduced the lock screen clock customization, which however does not work with third-party themes
- Fixed the management of Wi-Fi networks
- Fixed an issue that caused dual apps to disappear after a reboot
The update is rolling out via OTA, so it’ll take some time to reach all users. So don’t worry if you haven’t received the update yet.
