After many leaks and confirming the launch date, Oppo now confirms some of the key specs and hardware details of its upcoming Reno 2 smartphone series. The phones will feature an advanced mid-range chipset, high aspect ratio display, and many more details.
As per Tudocellullar, in an official press announcement, Oppo confirmed that the Realme 2 will hit the market with a 6.55-inch AMOLED Panoramic display and 20:9 aspect ratio which reinforces the industry starting to shift from the 19:9 standard 21:9 to offer greater ease and usability.
As for hardware, Oppo has confirmed that the Reno 2 will have a gaming-focused Snapdragon 730G chipset, allowing up to 25% graphics improvement, HDR10 gaming support, Game Assistant and more. The device will also ship with an option of 8GB of RAM with 256 GB of internal storage.
Talking about the battery, it’ll be a 4,000 mAh capacity with 20W power VOOC 3.0 charging support, offering Frame Boost 2.0 and Touch Boost 2.0. The Reno 2 will arrive in Ocean Blue and Luminous Black.
