A couple of days after launching the Galaxy Note 10, Samsung is now ready for another big launch. Today, the company confirmed via Twitter the launch of a new high-resolution ISOCELL camera sensor on August 12 with hashtag #NextGenCapture which hints something exciting is going to be unveiled.
We are reaching to the conclusion that it could be the 108MP camera sensor because a few days back Xiaomi confirmed that it’s working on a phone with 108MP camera. It’ll use Samsung’s ISOCELL sensor. Check out the tweet below:

Last month, Samsung announced 64MP and 48MP image ISOCELL camera sensor for smartphones, so it’s for sure that the upcoming launch is not related to these sensors. We already know that Redmi, Realme, and Xiaomi have started working on smartphones with a 64MP camera.
Since Samsung has already launched its 2019 flagship devices which include the Galaxy S10 series and the Galaxy Note 10 series which uses S5K2L4 as the main sensor. So we’re assuming that the upcoming sensor will be employed by the next generation of flagships such as Galaxy S11 or Note 11.
Let’s wait for the launch on August 23 to see what Samsung has to show us.
