Soon after the official release of the Android 10, Redmi K20 Pro and Essential Phone (PH-1) started getting the stable update. Google Pixel phones were the first to receive the update, but now Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi and Essential Phone have joined. Both participated in the beta program and can now run the stable version of the latest OS.
For Essential Phone, updates always come fast, including monthly security patches. It was released with Oreo and received Android 9 Pie minutes after the Google Pixel line. With Android 10, it was no different.
Essential through its official Twitter account shared the information and also posted the changelog. The Android 10 update on Essential Phone comes with build number QP1A.190711.107. It brings enhanced gesture-based navigation, smart reply, system-wide dark mode, privacy and security improvements.

Talking about the Android 10 update on Redmi K20 Pro, the latest MIUI 10 update already brings stable Android 10 in China and coming to India as well, as reported by Mukul Sharma on Twitter.
Xiaomi adapts Google’s system with its own custom interface which is called MIUI, but that didn’t stop it from launching a very quick update.
Remember that Xiaomi will also be testing Android 10 later this year on eight more phones: Xiaomi Mi 9, Mi 9 SE, Redmi K20, Mi 8, Mi 8 Screen Fingerprint Edition, Mi 8 Explorer Edition, Mi Mix 2S and Mi Mix 3. If your device has not been mentioned, rest assured, this is not a final list and should increase.
Huawei and OnePlus also confirm that they will bring Android 10 to several phones. Even HMD Global, which sells Nokia-branded smartphones will also update all phones to Android 10. HMD Global has updated all its phones to the Android 9.0 Pie.
