Samsung Galaxy Fold

Samsung has just released a new software update for the owners of the Galaxy Fold. The update comes with firmware version F900FXXU1ASJ4 and weighs in at 672 MB via OTA. After the installation, the user experience will be even more interesting, because of the inclusion of a new video editor, image stabilization improvements in Hyperlapse shooting mode, blur function the background of the video and finally the long-awaited night mode for selfies.

Right now, the update is reported to be rolling out only users in France and UAE but should reach other markets in the coming weeks.

On the other hand, the Galaxy Note 10 Plus 5G has also received an update, although not as significant as the one sent for the Galaxy Fold. It’s an 18MB update with firmware version N976BXU1ASJ2 and includes the October 2019 Android security patch and fingerprint reader enhancements which had a flaw.

With the arrival of updates, South Korea expects to deliver a more fluid user experience on devices. It is always good to remember to back up important data before installing any system updates to avoid losing important data.
