Yesterday, Honor launched new smartphones under the V-series, the Honor V30 (View 30), and V30 Pro in the Chinese market. Until now it was not clear when these handsets will see the other markets. Now a tweet from Global PR at Honor confirms the Honor View 30 Pro coming to the global markets in Q1 2020.

It’s worth noting that, the Honor V30 and V30 Pro are the first phones from the company to feature 5G connectivity. Other highlights of both devices are dual front cameras and three cameras at the rear.

  • Display: 6.57-inch IPS LCD screen with 20: 9 aspect ratio and Full HD + resolution
  • Processor: HiSilicon Kirin 990 5G Chipset
  • RAM and Storage: 8GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB internal storage space
  • Triple rear cameras:
    • 40-megapixel Sony IMX600 RYYB main sensor
    • 8-megapixel secondary sensor 3x zoom
    • 12-megapixel tertiary sensor for wide-angle photos
  • Dual front cameras:
    • 32-megapixel main sensor
    • 8-megapixel wide-angle secondary sensor
  • Battery: 4,200 mAh battery with 40-watt fast charge

Right now, it’s not confirmed the countries where the phone will be launched and we’re expecting the phone to arrive in India in a non-5G version. But let’s wait to see if the Honor V30 Pro hits the Indian shores or not.
