Square Enix can be proud of producing good role-playing games for the market. And well, at this year’s E3 it had confirmed that it would bring the JRPG Romancing SaGa 3 to the West for the first time. Romancing SaGa 3 arrives today for the first time on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita.
The classic release was in 1995 for the Super Nintendo and it was a smash hit there splashing here in some groups that looked forward to the location. It arrives 24 years later for PS4, PS Vita and also for Steam, Android and iOS devices.
“An HD remaster version of Romancing SaGa 3 launches today in the west for the first time on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita, twenty-four years to the day from its initial release in Japan. While the franchise itself may not be well known outside of Japan, western gamers should take heart in knowing that the series shares its roots with Final Fantasy, the SaGa series creator Akitoshi Kawazu having filled key development roles on the original Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy II.”

Romancing SaGa 3 is coming for the $ 104.99 astronomical figure. You didn’t read it wrong: it’s over $ 100 for a game 24 years ago that has its many qualities, but that seems to charge a value that is incompatible with reality.
