LG is preparing to launch a new flagship LG V60 ThinQ 5G at the Mobile World Congress 2020 (MWC). According to the information from The Korea Herald, the company is expected to continue investing in the dual-screen flip phone. This is to offer a cheaper, more affordable and simpler alternative to folding smartphones such as the Galaxy Fold.
Aside from the device name and the reveal of the display case support, there is not much information about the successor to the V50 ThinQ 5G yet. But we’re expecting that the model can offer a more neat design than previous generations, and a cover with less thick edges to offer a more immersive experience.
As a flagship, we can also assume that LG will implement a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor with a 5G modem. But currently, there is no detailed information about the LG V60 ThinQ 5G key specs. We could see the headphone jack (which is now turned a very rare feature in tops of the line).
Will LG focus again on the camera department as it did in earlier phones? Such information should be answered in leaks in the coming weeks. So let’s wait and see and keep reading Tech Carving.
