In recent weeks there is a lot of talk about the Google Pixel 6 series but the Mountain View giant has another ace up its sleeve and its launch could be closer than expected: we are talking about the Google Pixel 5a launch.

Well, in the past few hours the website FrontPageTech has revealed some interesting details related to the successor to Google Pixel 4a, including the markets in which it should be available. The device will be launched in only two markets — The United States, and Japan. The website further reveals citing its sources that the launch is likely to happen on August 26th and will only be available for purchase online or physically available in Google Stores.

Google Pixel 5a Specifications (Expected)

The Google Pixel 5a should be able to count on a 6.4-inch display with a 60 Hz refresh rate that can go up to 90 Hz on certain occasions, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, 6 GB of RAM, a body with IP67 certification, a 3.5mm audio jack input and a 4,650mAh battery (which does not support fast charging).
