MacBook Air with M2 Chip Now Available for Pre-Order

Apple started the official pre-sale of the new MacBook Air with the M2 chip around the world and also in India. The model was announced in June, during WWDC 2022, and stands out for the new processor and other news.

In India, the official prices for 256GB start from ₹119900 in cash or from ₹14111.00EMI and. The availability is for 4 or 5 weeks from now, that is, between 30 Jul – 5 Aug, regardless of the version or color chosen by the customer at the time of purchase.

The new MacBook Air with the Apple M2 processor hits the market in two versions: one with an 8-core GPU and another with a 10-core on graphics chip. Both variants have an 8-core CPU, unified memory from 8GB, and SSD up to 2TB.

The new 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display is one of the highlights of Apple’s new notebook. The display has a notch at the top to house the 1080p FaceTime camera and the edges are thinner and the model is lighter.

The MacBook Air M2 is available in midnight, stellar, space gray, and silver. The device also has a MagSafe port for charging with cables that match the color of the chosen notebook.

The model has two Thunderbolt USB-C ports on the left side and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the right side with support for high impedance. The keyboard also has an integrated Touch ID sensor for authentication and purchases.
