Nokia 2780 Flip Comes With Dual Display

Renewing its line of affordable phones, HMD Global has announced the launch of the Nokia 2780 Flip model in the United States. With this launch, the company seeks to attract consumers looking for a device with a nostalgic design reminiscent of the Finnish multinational’s older devices, such as the Nokia 6101 came in 2005.

According to information from the brand, the phone has two quality LCD screens — an external one to display the time and an internal 2.8-inch one for navigating the system settings — without touchscreen support, but with alphanumeric buttons for making calls or typing messages, focusing on people with no affinity with technology.

The Nokia 2780 Flip also has a camera with a resolution of 5 megapixels on the back, alongside an LED flash for capturing images. However, right now there are no details about the internal data sheet of the device, but obviously, there is no high-performance processor.

Connectivity includes 4G LTE with voice recording in HD quality and autonomy of up to 7 hours of active talk time and 18 hours in stand-by mode. Those looking for more advanced models can invest in more complete smartphones from Nokia, such as the G60 and X30, launched in Q3 2022.

Currently, there is no information if the handset will be available in other regions as well or not.
