Finally, after several rumors and leaks, Oppo has brought a new entry-level smartphone to the Asian market, the Oppo A17. Among its highlights is a MediaTek processor, robust battery, dual camera module, and an affordable price.
The phone has a 6.56-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution, a 60 Hz refresh rate, and a drop-shaped notch to house the 5-megapixel front sensor. At the rear, there is a dual module with a 50-megapixel main sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
Under the hood, you get MediaTek’s Helio G35 chipset, the same chipset as the Oppo A16 in some regions. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, but there is no space for a microSD card. For power, there’s a 5,000mAh battery pack with an unspecified charging speed.
