With just over a week to go before the official launch of the new Oppo K9 5G, the company has started to disclose the main details of the hardware and even the design of the device. It’ll arrive with Snapdragon 768G, 8 GB of RAM, and up to 256 GB of storage.
Now Oppo releases the official page of its new smartphone confirming practically all the other details we were waiting for. It includes battery capacity with great emphasis on charging power, display with high refresh rate, and more.
The page confirms that the Oppo K9 5G will arrive with a 4,300 mAh battery and 65W fast charging support. Because it is divided into two cells, the battery can be recharged from 0% to 100% in just 35 minutes.
Driven by the Snapdragon 768G, which offers support for next-generation networks. The Oppo K9 5G will feature a steam chamber for heat dissipation produced by the processor.
Regarding the display, the model will offer a 6.43-inch OLED technology display. It’ll support a 90 Hz refresh rate with a 180 Hz touch response, in addition to including an in-display fingerprint sensor.
The official website also confirms that the Oppo A9 5G will offer three rear cameras with a 64 MP main sensor, an 8 MP sensor for the wide-angle lens, and a 2 MP auxiliary sensor. The front camera will be 32 MP.
With no other important details to be disclosed about its hardware and design. What remains to be awaited for the announcement is the price of the two variants of the model. But that will only officially happen on May 6, Thursday of next week.
