Rumors indicate that the Chinese manufacturer is close to bring the successor to the Reno 5 Pro, the Oppo Reno 6 Pro. Oppo is in fact preparing the new generation of its main and most popular line of smartphones with a huge number of models for launch in the coming months.
So far, no one has understood Oppo’s market strategy. Even so, everything indicates that the Reno 6 Pro can be made official before the second quarter this year.
A new leak confirmed that this model could come out of the box with MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor. Other specifications include a 6.55-inch AMOLED screen, 90 Hz refresh rate, 32 MP front camera and 64 MP main rear. The battery must have 4,500 mAh and support 65W fast charging.
By looking at the technical sheet of the supposed Oppo Reno 6 Pro, you can see that the biggest difference between this smartphone and its predecessor will be only the processor and the battery. That’s because the Reno 5 Pro has the Dimensity 1000 Plus and 4,350 mAh capacity .
For now, Oppo has not yet commented on the matter. In addition, there is no specific date for launching the new model. Even so, the Chinese’s confused strategy also involves launching a Reno 6 with Snapdragon 768G .
