The AMG GT R has proven to be the fastest production car and broke the world record for a speed run at the Buddh International Circuit on the outskirts of Delhi by clocking the fastest lap of 2 minutes and 09.853 seconds. Christian Hohenadel was the driver on the test run for AMG.

Price and Features of AMG GT-R
The Mercedes-AMG GT-R has been priced at Rs 2.23 crore (ex-showroom, India). It gets the power from 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine which produces 569 bhp and a mind-boggling torque of 699 Nm. Along with Comfort, Sport, Sport Plus and Individual driving modes, it equipped with 7-Speed Dual-Clutch Automatic Transmission.
With impressive animalistic power, the AMG GT-R has a top speed of 318 kmph, and can go from 0-100 kmph in just 3.5 seconds.
Talking about the interiors, it is equipped with Mercedes COMAND infotainment system, This infotainment system offers lots of advanced features like drive assist and alert systems, a host of sensor-tied prompts. It also supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
On the outer side, you’ll witness forwards-inclined radiator grille which makes the car appear to sit lower on the road. The company has made the rear design wider improving the airflow.
Price and Features of AMG GT Roadster
There are two variants of Mercedes-AMG GT Roadster available globally, but India will get the base GT Roadster version, which is little down in performance as compared to its twin. The open-top two-seater variant of the AMG GT is powered by 4.0-litre V8 twin turbocharged engine.

The AMG GT Roadster has been priced at Rs. 2.19 crore (ex-showroom, India). It is capable of producing maximum power of 469 bhp and 630 Nm of peak torque. It can reach to the top speed of 302 kmph. The engine is paired with a 7-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission.
The car features 15 chrome-plated outer with air inlets making sure the supply of cooling air to the engine. At the front there is 19-inch alloys wheels come with 5-twin-spoke design, while the rear has 20-inch rims both paired with AMG Ride Control sport suspension. Other features include SpeedShift DCT 7-speed sport transmission, AMG traction control etc.
