Cupertino-based tech giant Apple has finally announced the date of pre-orders for its next-gen iPhone X which is Friday, 27 October. There will be over 55 countries including India where the iPhone X will be set for pre-orders, though its availability will be starting November 3.
In India, the device will be available via e-commerce platforms including Amazon and Flipkart, and offline in Apple Stores as well. If you are interested to get your hands on the iPhone X you can register via these online retailers to get notified about the start of pre-orders.
Besides India, some other countries where the iPhone X will be available includes Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, etc.
Specifications of iPhone X
It’s worth noting that the iPhone X is Apple’s first all-screen display smartphone and all-glass front and back. The all-screen display is much like the full-vision display used in Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
Other specs include a 5.8-inch Super Retina screen, powered by Apple’s in-house A11 Bionic chip which comes with the neural engine for supporting machine learning, augmented reality and 3D gaming.
The iPhone X sports a 12-megapixel dual camera setup at rear equipped with new TrueDepth and Portrait mode with Portrait Lighting. Both dual rear cameras come with optical image stabilisation, new colour filter, and deeper pixels.

Price of iPhone X in India
In the Indian market, Apple will bring its iPhone X in Silver and Space Grey colour variants with price starting at Rs. 89,000 for the 64GB model. iPhone X 256GB model, on the other hand, is priced Rs. 1,02,000 in India.
The company will also be releasing accessories for the iPhone X like leather and silicone cases, leather folio priced at Rs. 8,600, lightning docks in colour-matching metallic finishes priced at Rs. 4,700.
