Lenovo Launches 2 New Laptops in MWC 2018, the Yoga 730 and Yoga 530

We’re witnessing a series of products launch in the MWC 2018. In this sequence, Lenovo has launched two new Yoga Series laptops. The company has unveiled the Yoga 730 laptop in 13 and 15-inch variants. Apart from this, the Yoga 530 laptop has also been launched. Lenovo Yoga 730 and Yoga 530 are also called Flex 14. 

They have been upgraded by Intel’s 8th Generation processor and Alexa Support. The new Yoga 2-in-1 Laptop is equipped with the 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor. The 15-inch Yoga 730 includes the feature of Nvidia Gifours GTX 1050 graphics and full-size keyboard.

The new Yoga 730 laptop comes with Ultra-HD IPS touchscreen, while the full HD touchscreen display is also available in the Yoga 530. Their edges are thin. With the laptop, users will also be given Lenovo Pen 2 with 4,096 levels of sensitivity to write, draw, or annotate with Windows Ink.

Strengthening the security, Lenovo has provided an integrated fingerprint sensor which works through Windows Hello. However, the company has also made interesting changes by giving two voice-enabled assistants to Yoga 730. This feature has been possible only by adding new far-field microphones. 

If you talk about weight then the 15-inch variant of Yoga 730 is 1.89 kg. At the same time, its 13-inch variant weighs 1.12 kg. In addition, the 14-inch Yoga 530 weighs 1.6 kg. At the same time, the 15-inch variant’s battery will keep the laptop ‘alive’ for 11 hours. Lenovo has claimed that its Yoga 530 and Yoga 730 (13-inch variants) have a fast charging technology, allowing the user to use the laptop for up to 2 hours in 15 minutes of charging.

Now come on price and availability. The 13-inch Yoga 730, including Lenovo Pen 2, will start from around Rs 80,000. It will be available from April. At the same time buying a 15-inch model with Pen 2 will cost about 87,900 rupees. 

It will also be made available till April. The 14-inch Yoga 530 laptop will cost around Rs 43,900. It will be made available in June. Keep in mind, Yoga 530 is known as Flex 14 in the US. Apart from this, Lenovo also displayed its 3 Chromebooks in MWC 2018.
