Huawei Launches a New Y-Series Smartphone, the Huawei Y6 (2018)

Huawei has unveiled its new Y-Series smartphone, the Y6 (2018). The Smartphone has been listed on the Huawei’s website, but no information has been provided about the phone’s price and availability in India. When this will knock the Indian market, this information has not been received yet.

Speaking of specifications, Huawei Y6 (2018) has a 5.7-inch HD Plus display. The screen resolution of Huawei Y6 (2018) is 1440 x 720 pixels. The 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor works in the phone. The handset has 2GB RAM and the internal storage is 16GB. It is possible to increase the storage with the help of a microSD card.

Talking about the camera, Huawei Y6 (2018) has a 13-megapixel rear camera, which comes with LED flash. There is a 5-megapixel front camera for selfie lovers. The smartphone has a Face Unlock feature instead of the fingerprint sensor. Huawei Y6 (2018) runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with company’s own EMUI 8.0 on top.

The handset has a 3000 mAh battery and comes with 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, GLONASS, Micro USB port and Dual SIM support. The total weight of Huawei Y6 (2018) is 150 grams.
