Motorola Razr 5G Starts Receiving Android 11 Update

Motorola started making the Android 11 update available for yet another of its devices. This time, the lucky ones are those who own the Motorola Razr 5G, a foldable smartphone from the brand launched last year as an upgrade over the company’s first foldable smartphone.

The Android 11 update for the Motorola Razr 5G has started to reach the owners of the device in Japan, under build number RPS31.Q1-40-17-12. It is worth remembering that the company released, at the end of last year, a complete list, with all the devices that may receive Android 11 and, unsurprisingly, the premium cell phone was present in the document, although there is no prediction of when each model will receive the update.

Despite being one of the most advanced handsets of the brand, the Motorola Razr was not the first to receive the new update. Motorola started its update campaign with the Moto G Pro, which was followed by the Moto G8 and Moto G8 Power last week, and finally by the Motorola Edge Plus, which started receiving the update by Verizon in the United States last.

So far, there is no prediction for when device owners will be able to receive the update in countries. But it is possible that Motorola will follow its schedule over the next few weeks.
